Center for Family & Adolescent Research (CFAR)

Free outpatient counseling programs for drug-using youth and their families. We're funded through treatment research studies from the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Families help us study our treatments by completing assessments, and in turn we provide all of our services completely free of charge to those who qualify. We're in downtown Portland, but we can provide clients with Tri-Met tickets and SmartPark validation if desired.
