The Oregon's Pathways to Advancement Statewide Initiative is directed by the Pathways Steering Committee, co-chaired by the Community College Commissioner and the Governor's Workforce Policy Advisor. The Steering Committee includes representatives from the Department of Education, Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development, Department of Human Services, Oregon University System, Oregon Employment Department, Oregon Healthcare Workforce Partnership, Oregon Healthcare Workforce Institute, Oregon Workforce Partnership, Oregon Workforce Investment Board, and Oregon community colleges.
